Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE : GARMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN, CUSTOMISED, EMBROIDERED CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.

Our returns policy is very simple

We guarantee your satisfaction.   All of our standard stock garments come with a 30 day, no quibble refund option.

Cancelling Orders & Returns

Orders for Standard non-customised garments ordered may be cancelled within 7 days of order for full credit.

Non-customised garments received may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt.   Please return garments to the following address, quoting your order number on your parcel (at your own expense).  Also please ensure you complete and enclose our Returns Form sent with each despatch & notify us on returns@alsico.co.uk that you have made a return giving your order number.

Alsico will ensure refunds are raised within 3 working days upon receiving receipt of return. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to process the refund. 

Defective Goods/Returns

Defective goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the Purchaser to be eligible for credit provided they are not soiled or altered.
