Alsicare’s aim is to build long term relationships with customers and for that reason we take our delivery promises very seriously indeed. We knew when we set up Alsicare that order and delivery reliability was a key customer requirement. We believe having our own manufacturing facility and modern stock management system gives us the edge.

In an ideal world you might think that there would be no need for urgent deliveries of nurses’ workwear. But in the real world there is! And what’s perhaps surprising is that our next day delivery promise extends to all our nurses workwear.

Now it would be easy for us to say our next day delivery promise – available on all garments ordered before 3pm holds fast on all occasions. However there are times – perhaps when taking orders for customised garments or low stock on large quantities when it might take a bit longer for us to get your garments to you. But here is the deal. We have a dedicated customer services team who can help with any queries. They will let you know exactly how long your order will take. Unlike many other nurses’ uniforms’ suppliers we don’t outsource our customer service function so you can be assured you will always be dealing directly with us.

What nurses’ workwear is covered by our next day delivery promise?  Well everything in all ranges including scrubs, dresses and tunics. We have an extensive collection of nurses’ dresses – 13 standard styles in all.  We also design and stock a wide range of tunics for both male and female nurses. It is possible to customise your order with the addition of a logo but this may slow your order down. And then there are our scrubs. Saver Packs are available on most items including scrubs and dresses.

Our next day delivery service is available for large and small orders subject to stock being available. And of course there is no charge for this service. Our live help is run 9-5, 5 days a week by the team who take the orders and despatches them. If your need is urgent and we can’t fulfil your order within your schedule we will let you know.
