Delivery & Refunds


How quickly can you deliver my garments?

Stock garments will be delivered between 1-3 working days.

Stock garments requiring embroidery will be despatched within 5-10 working days if your embroidery is either text or has previously been set up. See our personalisation page for more details on how you can add emblems to your garments. 


What happens if you are out of stock ?

Stock availability information is shown in the products sections. If you order items which are out of stock they will be despatched as soon as they arrive, which should be within 4 weeks. Our customer service team will monitor orders waiting for stock & email customers where necessary.

If only part of your order is out of stock, our customer service team will reserve the in-stock items for you & review your order to see if it is viable to send a part delivery. If it is, they will email to see if you wish to take a part delivery.

If in doubt, please email customer.service@alsico.co.uk quoting your order number.


What if the courier tries to deliver when I am not in?

If there is no one to sign for the parcel at the delivery address our courier will try to get a neighbour to sign for the parcel. In this instance the courier will then post a card informing you where the parcel has been left.

If the courier can not get a neighbour to sign they will assess to see if there is a safe place to leave the parcel, if this is possible they will post a card to inform you of where the parcel has been left.

If there is no neighbour or safe place to leave the parcel, the courier will post a card informing you of the delivery attempt. On this card there will be the contact details for the courier and the parcel tracking details. Contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery.

The courier will hold the parcel for a period of seven days before returning it to Alsico.


What is your refund policy?


Our returns policy is very simple.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our standard stock garments come with a 30 day, no quibble refund option.

If I send back garments, will any carriage be rebated?

A full refund including any carriage we charged will be rebated.

However, any postage costs you incur to return garments will not be refunded unless we agree the garments are faulty or we supplied incorrect items.


Personalisation & Embroidery


Can I add my own logo?

Yes, you can add either a logo, standard text or both to any customisable garment. 

If you already have a Alsico account and have previously set up your logo with us, then you can place your order via the website. Just find the product you require and once you added this to your basket you will be asked if you would like to add a logo. Here you will be able to select any pre-saved embroidery logos you have on your account.

If you require a logo embroidery but have not got an Alsico account, you can either register online, or submit your logo to our customer support team who will help you digitise and get it set up ready for embroidery. For more information visit our Embroidery Services Page.


How much does embroidery cost?

If it is simply a line of text you require then the price is £2.85 ex VAT per line.

If it is a company logo then the price depends on the number of stitch count required. For a price please email an image of your logo to customer.service@alsico.co.uk and a member of staff will contact you. There is a one off fee of £30 ex VAT to have your logo set up on our system before you can place your first order.


Payment & Invoicing


How will I get a VAT invoice ?

A VAT invoice will be emailed to customers when garments/items are despatched.

If you wish your invoice to be addressed to your business or company, please ensure you have filled in the correct details in your account under the company section.


Is your website secure?

Alsico trust Sagepay to provide secure online payment processing. All payments taken on our website are processed on Sagepay's secure server and at no point does Alsico either receive or store your credit/debit card details.
